The place was a total shock to my girlfriend and I. Pictures always tend to be a bit different then reality (usually for the worse) but that was not the case here. This place was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. I've payed two times the cost to stay at places that don't even come close. I will be staying here again.

The hotel was spotless and our room was very comfortable. The staff upon arrival was extremely helpful and courteous.

Room keys did not work on several occasions. We were attending a wedding so at check in we spoke with the clerk and made arrangements to have a key held at the front desk for a babysitter and our 3 year old grandson. Regardless of having made the arrangements when she arrived she was denied access to the room and it took several phone calls from the wedding reception to get the situation straightened out. Definitely a negative on what otherwise was a positive experience.
